Terms of Use
Effective August 2, 2026
The Luigi Mangione Case File is a free, public index of court records, published by Court Daemon and built by Trice Digital. By using mangione.courtdaemon.com you agree to these terms.
What this site is
This Case File is a public-record source map for the three criminal prosecutions of Luigi Mangione: the federal case in the Southern District of New York, the New York State case, and the Pennsylvania case. It points to the record source behind each entry. It does not host court documents or republish their contents. It is a reference work, not journalism, not advocacy, and not entertainment, and it is not affiliated with any party to these cases, with any prosecuting office, with the defense, or with any court.
Case posture and presumption of innocence
Luigi Mangione pleaded guilty to two federal stalking counts on August 14, 2026. The New York and Pennsylvania prosecutions remain unresolved. Charges, allegations, and filings in those cases are not findings of fact; he is presumed innocent of those charges unless and until proven guilty.
Accuracy and the official record
Records link to the court of record, the prosecutor's office, or another named public source; where the public source is a docket copy, the defense team's document site, or courtroom reporting, the entry says so. Every record carries the date its source was last reviewed. Court systems revise entries and public links change, so errors are possible. The About page lists every source cited here and describes the method and the limits in full.
The official court record always governs. Nothing on this site is a certified court record, and nothing here should be relied on as one. If an entry matters to you, verify it against the official record at the linked source before you use it. That source outranks anything shown here.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it creates no attorney-client relationship of any kind. If you have a legal question, consult a lawyer.
Corrections and removal requests
Accuracy matters more here than volume, so corrections are genuinely welcome.
To report an error, use the report link in the footer of any page, or write to contact@courtdaemon.com. Please include the page address and enough detail to locate the entry. Verified errors are corrected, and dated material changes appear on Site updates.
To request removal, write to contact@courtdaemon.com and identify the specific material and the basis for the request. Every request is read and answered by a person.
Please understand the standard that is applied. This site indexes material that is already part of the public court record, and it will not remove accurate public-record content simply because a person would prefer it were not findable. What will be acted on is material that is inaccurate, material that is under a sealing or expungement order or an equivalent legal restriction, and material that identifies a person in a way the court itself protected. Requests that fall outside those grounds may be declined, and the reason will be given.
Copyright and reuse
Court records are public documents. The selection, organization, annotation, design, and code of this Case File are the work of Trice Digital and are protected accordingly.
Citing, quoting, and linking to this site is encouraged, including deep links to individual records. Attribution to the Luigi Mangione Case File is appreciated. Crawling and indexing, by search engines and by AI systems alike, are permitted, and the site is built to be quoted accurately. What is not permitted is republishing it wholesale as your own, or presenting its content in a way that misstates what the record says or implies a finding that no court has made.
If you believe material here infringes your copyright, write to contact@courtdaemon.com with the material at issue, the work you claim is infringed, your contact information, and a statement of your good-faith belief.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may be incomplete, may contain errors, and may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent the law allows, Trice Digital is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them.
